The Circuit Clerk is the official record keeper for the Circuit and Family Courts of Hampshire County, West Virginia. Some of the duties performed by the Circuit Clerk are the filing of civil, criminal, juvenile, and domestic cases.  The circuit clerk also serves as the jury administrator for the court and is responsible for the management of the petit and grand jurors.  The circuit clerk's office also processes passport applications, maintains court dockets, and also collects various fees associated with cases such as filing fees, court costs, fines, and bonds.
