The Circuit Clerk is the official record keeper for the Circuit and Family Courts of Hampshire County, West Virginia. The office handles the filing and management of civil, criminal, juvenile, and domestic cases.

The Circuit Clerk also serves as the jury administrator, overseeing both petit and grand juries. Additional services include processing passport applications, maintaining court dockets, and collecting fees such as filing fees, court costs, fines, and bonds.
