The Hampshire County Circuit Clerk’s Office is looking for a highly motivated and energetic person to join our team as a Deputy Clerk. Duties may include answering calls, handling accounts receivable, greeting the public, data entry, and record keeping.
Minimum requirements: Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, familiarity with office settings and techniques, high degree of multi-tasking and time management along with excellent verbal and written skills. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office. A High School Diploma or equivalent is also required as well as a background check.
This is a full-time position and includes benefits including medical, retirement, paid vacation, and medical leave.
