Circuit & Family Court Filing Fees

 Acceptable forms of payment in the Circuit Clerk's office are
cash (exact change), money order, or credit card.

When paying by credit card there is a convenience fee of 4.025 percent of the total filing fee or $1.00 whichever is more. This fee is charged by the credit card company; every time a credit or debit card is used the credit card company charges a convenience fee.
